Beating out stacks of bands across a series of months to win the grand final of Jack Rabbit Slim’s Jamboree band competition in November were Perth’s Three Hands One Hoof who will kick off the day on the mainstage. The four-piece, who met in high school, have an incredible live synergy thanks to eight years playing as a band. The guys make magic indie-rock tunes dusted with low-key jazz.
They’re pretty stoked about their win and the chance to play alongside some of Australia’s biggest music names, said guitarist Jacob: “It genuinely meant so much! It was incredible to see all our mates come down to Slim’s and cheer us on. It’s probably the best thing we’ve ever done!”
